Saigon by night on a Vespa:
You'll start in District 1, travel through crowded streets to see the city center's main landmarks at night, and you can ask your driver to stop at any time to get a closer look at a site. You will then head towards District 3. You will have the opportunity to taste seafood dishes while sipping cold drinks. The tour will continue to a well-hidden Vietnamese cafe where you can listen to live Vietnamese music. You will eventually head to a lively bar to have a drink and listen to contemporary music and maybe even dance! You will be taken back to your hotel at the end of this exhilarating night trip.

The Thanh Da peninsula with the river bus:
In the afternoon, you will discover Ho Chi Minh City from another perspective by boarding the city's river bus
This public transport will take you for a cruise along the city center . You will pass some of the most important buildings in Ho Chi Minh City including the Landmark 81 skyscraper. Upon arrival at Thanh Da station, you will continue on foot and begin to discover this peninsula. You will pass old apartments and enjoy the peaceful ambiance of the area. During your walk you will stop in Thanh Da market and enjoy a drink in a riverside cafe.

Saigon day tour:
The morning will be devoted to visiting the city's historic sites : the old post office (built during the French Indochina era), Notre-Dame Cathedral (exterior) and Dong Khoi Street, a wide avenue lined with luxury shops and hotels.
Binh Tay market and the Thien Hau pagoda
The FITO museum is dedicated to traditional Vietnamese medicine. It is the largest private museum in the country. At the end of your visit, you will have free time to stroll or explore the city.

Organic Vegetable Village – Cu Chi:
Your day will begin with a 1-hour drive to an organic vegetable village , where you will be introduced to southern cuisine. The beautiful house where your cooking class will be held has a large garden with a large variety of vegetables and mushrooms.
During the first hour, you will discover the garden with your chef, who will explain the different types of vegetables and give you some basic information on how to grow them and choose them for the cooking class.
Then your cooking class and the preparation of three dishes will begin. Your chef (English speaking) will be happy to share his knowledge with you and his passion for good products.
After your morning and the tasting, you will continue your day with the discovery of Cu Chi, where you will visit the impressive network of tunnels dug by hand by the Viet Minh during French Indochina, and expanded during the Vietnam War. 200 kilometers long and 3 to 4 meters deep, it was very well equipped, even including meeting rooms and medical-sanitary stations.
Today it is one of the largest historic sites from the Vietnam War.

Visit the Mekong Delta in 1 day:
You'll stop briefly at a factory that makes coconut candies before walking to a brick factory and discovering another factory where coconuts are opened by hand.
You will take the boat again which will take you on a smaller canal lined with coconut trees before visiting the coconut grove of a local house where you can taste tropical fruits. You will then take another boat driven by a local rower. Once on land, you'll take a bicycle to explore the surrounding countryside, then stop for lunch at a lovely local restaurant to sample specialties from the Mekong region.
In the afternoon, you will walk along a small path to reach a dock where you will find the boat that will take you back to Ben Tre. At the end of the tour, you will return to Ho Chi Minh City by car

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh – Ben Tre
Local lunch.
Then installation in your room.
Then, head out with a family member for an introduction to local fishing.
Return to the Mekong Home restaurant at the end of the afternoon and introduction to the preparation of “Bánh xèo” – Vietnamese pancake made from rice milk.
After dinner, relax with a lemongrass and ginger foot bath, a local therapeutic method for relieving leg pain and fatigue.

Day 2: Ben Tre – Ho Chi Minh
Enjoy the fresh air during breakfast.
Then start your bike ride (2 hours to 2.5 hours) to the Ile d'Oc on a concrete track, lined with fruit trees and coconut trees.
On the way, pass by a local market where various local ingredients like vegetables, meat, fruits, are sold. Cross a local ferry across the Mekong River to reach the island. From there, cycle on small paths dotted with small cabins hidden in lush vegetation while seeing the daily life of the inhabitants of the Mekong Delta. Stop at a fish farm, to learn about two species of catfish: ca tra (Pangasius hypophthalmus) and ca ba sa (Pangasius bocourti), raised in ponds. These catfish are the two main species of fish produced in Vietnam.
Finally arrive at the pier where the boat awaits you. Fresh fruit juice is served on board while the boat takes you back to Mekong Home. Local lunch.

Then return to Saigon.
Visit the Mekong Delta in 2 days 1 night - Ben Tre and Can Tho:
Day 1: Ho Chi Minh City - Ben Tre - Can Tho
In the morning you will leave Ho Chi Minh City to explore Ben Tre on the Mekong Delta . When you arrive in Ben Tre, you will board a boat and start sailing on one of the arms of the Mekong.

When you return to the garden, you can enjoy a cup of tea and delicious fruits that will give you energy.
