Teletravel offers three types of accommodation and services adapted to the needs of remote workers:

• Tailor-made stays: Personalized packages based on your specific needs, preferences and chosen destinations. Whether you're looking for a quiet location or a vibrant city, we can design the ideal remote working experience.
• Co-living stays: Shared living spaces where you can enjoy a community environment with other people who share the same values. These spaces are equipped with workspaces, high-speed Wi-Fi, and social amenities to enhance your productivity and social experience.
• Team stays: For companies or teams working remotely, Teletravel can organize group stays including suitable accommodation, coworking spaces and team building activities to promote collaboration and productivity in a unique environment.

You can book your stay via our website or directly via our mobile application. Simply select your desired destination, check availability and book your accommodation. If you need personalized assistance or have specific requests, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to assist you with the booking process.

Teletravel primarily targets remote workers and digital nomads, so most stays typically last several weeks or months. However, depending on availability, we can also accommodate shorter stays. We recommend booking for at least a few weeks to fully enjoy the destination and settle into your work routine. If you are looking for a shorter stay, contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Your stay with Teletravel includes:

Yes, you can extend your stay as long as there is availability at your current location. Contact us in advance if you would like to extend your stay, and we will help you organize this.

Teletravel offers 24/7 customer support to assist you with any issues. If you have any issues with Wi-Fi, your room, or any other aspect of your stay, contact us via the mobile app or email, and we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

For most stays, it is not necessary to sign a long-term contract. However, if you are booking a long-term stay (for example, more than 30 days), you may be asked to sign a short-term rental agreement specifying the terms of your stay.

We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal and other secure online payment platforms. Payment is usually required when booking, although some properties offer flexible payment options.

Teletravel is not limited to remote working; we believe in valuing your time in every destination. We offer:

Although Teletravel specializes in digital nomads and remote workers, we also welcome families or groups looking for a work-from-home environment. If you are traveling with children or in a group, let us know, and we will help you find accommodation suited to your needs.

Inclusion of coworking space memberships depends on accommodation and destination. For co-living stays, many partner properties offer on-site coworking spaces for guests. If you choose another type of accommodation, Teletravel can still recommend local coworking spaces in your chosen destination, so you can work in a productive environment during your stay.
