The Villa is located in La Roquette s/siagne , peacefully located on the heights overlooking the sea between the prestigious towns of Cannes and Mougins. An ideal compromise for vacations, looking for an intense escape or teleworking. The Villa is located in a secure prestigious domain.

A new 70m2 T3 apartment is adjacent to the villa (private entrance). With a capacity of 6 people, it consists of:

  • a living room: sofa bed 160, TV
  • a fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, hood
  • a 30m2 master suite with private bathroom and toilet, 160 cm bed, with large closet
  • a bedroom of 11m2, 160 bed, with cupboard
  • a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC
  • outside a private terrace of 20m2 and garden of around 100m2

The villa gives access to its outdoor services: swimming pool (9x4), pétanque court and ping-pong.
