Brittany, FranceThe estate is a former farm which gained its independence following the French revolution in 1799, during the sale of national assets. During the revolution, much of the land of emigrant nobles was confiscated and put up for sale. Kerantroad was part of this prescription sale. The landowner at the time was unable to buy back his land at auction. The estate therefore changed hands, without the nobility being able to intervene because they had emigrated.

The estate is nestled halfway between the town of Plonévez-Porzay and the white sand beach of Saint-Anne-La-Palud. This farm, located on a 1.2 hectare plot, has been restored since 2017, in the spirit of yesteryear with the emphasis on local stones and Breton architecture.

These are 2 cottages next to each other with 3 bedrooms in each accommodation. 120m2 on 2 levels per gîte, with 2 bathrooms, 2 private terraces. A relaxation space to share: with an interior space and an exterior.

The interior relaxation area is located on two levels. The ground floor offers you an indoor games room with a billiards table, table football, a games arcade and a relaxation area where the little ones can also play. Come and enjoy a movie evening or an afternoon reading overlooking nature, on the 1st floor. This space is equipped with a large screen and a video projector connected to a Blu-ray player, as well as a beautiful library. Different connections also allow you to connect a computer (mac and pc), a smartphone or a tablet to the video projector. Wifi is freely accessible.

The oldest building on the estate houses the relaxation area. With a surface area of ​​80m2, it has been renovated while retaining the original stones and vaults. This space allows you to enjoy an outdoor sauna with a capacity of 6 people. It includes a wooden spa made in France with a capacity of 8 people, as well as a beautiful equipped terrace. You will be able to privatize the entire space for 2 hours per day, according to the terms which will be communicated to you upon your arrival at the estate.
